With over 25 years of experience navigating the senior care market, Eric  has dedicated his career to improving the lives of older adults and their families. While his professional background is rooted in decades of high-level organizational leadership and business development, his true passion for home health is deeply personal.

As a son currently navigating the journey of a mother living with dementia, Eric understands the emotional and logistical weight that families carry. He knows that "care" is not a transaction, it is a promise of safety, dignity, and peace of mind. This firsthand perspective is what drives the mission of Family Circle Home Care: treating every client with the same devotion he wants for his own mother.

Eric’s expertise in organizational structuring and client relations ensures that Family Circle operates with the precision of a premier healthcare entity, while his heart remains firmly planted in the "family" aspect of care. He is a steadfast advocate for his clients, committed to "curating the match" between caregiver and senior to ensure that every home we enter is treated with the highest level of respect and professional excellence.

Administrator 

Dianne brings over 30 years of diverse nursing expertise and a deep passion for holistic wellness to the Family Circle Home Care team. As a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida, Dianne’s career has spanned everything from high-level clinical care in hospitals to wellness education and nutrition counseling.

What sets Dianne apart is her "whole-person" approach to health. In addition to her extensive nursing background, she holds a degree in Foods and Nutrition and is a Certified Functional Medicine practitioner.

Having served in leadership roles as an RN Supervisor and Community Health Educator, Dianne is an expert at coordinating care and advocating for her patients. Dianne is dedicated to ensuring that every member of our "family circle" feels seen, heard, and expertly cared for in the comfort of their own home

Back-up Administrator

Jasmine is a highly skilled Registered Nurse with a diverse clinical background that perfectly aligns with the high standards of Family Circle Home Care. A graduate of Galen College of Nursing and the University of South Florida, Jasmine brings a sophisticated level of clinical oversight to our Wesley Chapel team.

Her professional journey includes critical experience in acute hospital care at St. Joseph’s, but it is her specialized expertise in Occupational Health and Case Management that sets her apart. Having managed complex workers’ compensation cases and coordinated care within large-scale clinical environments, Jasmine understands the intricate balance between medical necessity, patient advocacy, and cost-effective outcomes.

At Family Circle, Jasmine leverages her background in patient education and biometrics to ensure our care plans are evidence-based and meticulously executed. Her experience in "Telehealth Triage" and "Interdisciplinary Collaboration" means she is an expert at communicating with physicians, adjusters, and family members to ensure no detail is missed.
